Spice incense isn't new to the legal bud market, but we have been seeing it more frequently on the web. We have never tried this legal bud, so where curious as to it's properties and effects too. After a bit of research on spice incense this is what we came up with. Spice is both a brand name and a slang term for a legal bud (herbal mix) that has synthetic cannabinoids like JWH-018 added to it.  There are actually many manufactures selling this product both online and in smoke shops. It seems that not all spice incense is made equal though. We have had reports of some Spice having no cannabis like effects and causing major headaches. Spice incense contains a mix of herbs traditionally used to create relaxation and a chill sensation like that of cannabis. Herbs listed on the packaging include Canavalia maritima, Nymphaea caerulea, Scutellaria nana, Pedicularis densiflora, Leonotis leonurus, Zornia latifolia, Nelumbo nucifera and Leonurus sibiricus. However, a German laboratory conducted test on some samples of Spice and found that the lower quality blends to be inferior and may even be harmful... "...when the product was analysed by laboratories in Germany and elsewhere, it was found that many of the characteristic "fingerprint" molecules expected to be present from the claimed plant ingredients could not be located. There were also large amounts of synthetic tocopherol present. This suggested that the actual ingredients might not be the same as what was listed on the packet, and a German government risk assessment of the product conducted in November 2008 concluded that it was unclear what the actual plant ingredients were, where the synthetic tocopherol had come from, and whether the subjective cannabis-like effects were actually produced by any of the claimed plant ingredients or instead might possibly be caused by a synthetic cannabinoid drug." The major plus side for users of legal buds is that spice incense does not cause the user to test positive on drug test. So like other legal buds, when you can get the quality spice you'll enjoy the cannabis like effects without worry of failing a drug test. Legal Bud Review Medical Pot Stores Firebombed May 13, 2010 at 10:39 PM Two medical cannabis businesses were firebombed in Billings, Montana in the days just before a city council vote on a medical marijuana moratorium. The two fires happened early Sunday and early Monday. They were almost identical, both instances a rock was used to smash the store windows and a bottle filled with gasoline was lit and tossed inside. In addition, in each case the arsonists spray-painted the message "Not in our town" on the storefronts. No one was hurt in the attacks and the fires were rapidly put out. One of the businesses estimated $2,500 in damages. After the attacks, the city council voted in favor of a six-month moratorium on new medical marijuana shops in Billings. Even so, the council didn’t back a ban on medical pot sales. Montana decriminalised the medical consumption of marijuana by ballot initiative in 2004. Although the state does not permit dispensaries, patients are supplied with medication by assigned caregivers.
