What is Golden Root and what is it used for?

Many people find that taking Golden Root can help improve their physical as well as their mental performance; it can also be very effective in treating conditions of depression and fatigue syndrome.  Golden Root is a prescribed drug and is marketed as a stimulant that can be taken as an alternative to Viagra.

Golden Root is a plant that has been taken as a stimulant for thousands of years by people living in the colder regions of the northern hemisphere such as the edge of the Steppes and the mountain ranges of China.  It has been a staple ingredient in Chinese traditional medicine as a spiritual and healing pick-me-up.  Believed to have properties that improve concentration, enable the mind to work faster and optimise physical ability and stamina, it has been a popular stimulant for centuries, and was widely used by the Vikings.

The plant was traditionally mashed into a tea but nowadays the most common way to take Golden Root is in capsule or tablet form.  Take the recommended dosage of 100 mg tablets twice a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.  Many users report that if they take the tablet too late then they are unable to sleep.  If you find that you are too hyperactive and alert at bedtime then reduce the dosage.

The general timescale for noticing an improvement in mind and physical ability is about four weeks of continuous Golden Root use.  People find that they have better concentration and can recover faster after doing anything energetic.
